New Years Eve Dinner

Well- I couldn't wait- I took the pictures...
and thought I'd hurry and post them.
Making all these fish dishes is a bit new for me...my father was the
seafood chef in our house and today...as I created Im sure he was watching over my shoulder and guiding me!

Now- again I have no recipes because I don't usually
use any.
I started things off with a little Shrimp Cocktail
(mainly to keep everyone busy while I got the rest of the food on the table.

I made baked stuffed shrimp- my stuffing was jam packed with scallops.
They really came yummy- this was the first time I tried this!

I stuffed the lobster with a delicious stuffing jam packed with shrimp.
Again I invented as I went along and it came delicious. The picture is not perfect because I sat down and started to eat and my MIL quickly reminded me that I forgot to take pictures!
Sorry!

Lastly I made Shrimp Scampi and I threw in a pound of scallops
just because we had them! It also came really good.
I served a salad too but everyone was so busy with their
lobster they forgot about the salad!

We finished the dinner with coffee and trays of Christmas cookies...we are stuffed and just think
we have to eat Lasagna tomorrow! I hope we survive!
