A Few of our Christmas Eve Goodies...

HERE ARE A FEW OF THE GOODIES I MADE FOR CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER-
I'M NOT ADDING RECIPES BECAUSE I DIDN'T USE ANY- THESE ARE MADE FROM MEMORY- IF YOU WANT ANY RECIPES LET ME KNOW AND I WILL GLADLY WRITE IT UP FOR YOU.


WE STARTED WITH A LITTLE SHRIMP COCKTAIL


I ALSO MADE SOME QUICK SALMON APPETIZERS



LINGUINI WITH CLAM SAUCE



CALAMARI (SQUID) AND OCTOPUS WITH ONIONS




STUFFED CALAMARI (SQUID)


SHRIMP SCAMPI
I NEGLECTED TO PHOTOGRAPH THE HUGH POT OF MUSSELS MARINARA
AND THE SCUNGILI SALAD

WHAT A WONDERFUL MEAL WE HAD
BEST OF ALL WE WERE ALL TOGETHER TO SHARE OUR TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS EVE FISH DINNER.
